With regard to the recent media reports concerning Binance, Binance is not involved in the custody of the Bitcoin held by the Company.

The Company recognizes the security and safe custody of digital assets as one of the key priorities in its business operations. With respect to the Bitcoin it holds, the Company places emphasis on asset protection and risk management, and strives to maintain an appropriate custody and management framework.

To ensure the safety of the Company’s assets, we refrain from disclosing details of our specific custody methods, custodians, and security measures.

The Company will continue to strive to properly manage its digital assets and to maintain and strengthen its risk management framework, and will conduct its business with the protection of its assets and the interests of its shareholders as a key management policy.

As announced on 22 October 2026, Bitcoin Japan Corporation will hold "Talk with the CEO: Nationwide Meetup" in Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya and Tokyo from Monday 26 to Friday 30 October 2026. The following three documents are posted as supplementary materials for the event.

The material used by Phillip Lord, President and CEO, at each venue. It covers the Company's three business areas and progress since the Annual General Meeting of June 2026.

The prepared text for the presentation. At each venue the English text is delivered by the CEO and the Japanese text by an interpreter.

The Company's answers to those questions received from a shareholder ahead of the event that can be addressed on the basis of its published information.
