China refines roughly 92% of NdPr and 98–99% of heavy rare earths, while Japan imports nearly all of its supply. With prices climbing and a G7 critical-minerals alliance forming, rare earths are a strategic priority — and we are pursuing an upstream position in this part of the chain.
